This really is the critical part of this. The contest is there to give a platform for others to help give some support to others. The actual contest doesn't have huge monetary prizes and those who stick around aren't in it for a little SBI share every few weeks...they are here to help the community.
One of the most important parts of this is how people will go and visit other entries and support the featured bloggers. This helps let them know that people liked what they are doing and get some encouragement which everyone loves. Some people visit every post each week, others just a few when they have time and a little spare voting power. But every bit of it helps support the community.

I would have to get active in going around and visiting featured bloggers, I seem to be missing that part. This is such an amazing project!
