PAYDAY NEEDS A NEW NAME - What would you name it?

There is a reason why we seek for more money. Some will say its an attempt to satisfy one's insatiable wants, while for some others its to keep up with standards. Whatever the reason i have become very familiar the goal of very many being 'survival'

Majorly, this is the fate of many paid employees in my country whom I'm sure will agree with me that the best days of an employee is towards month end. Infact to be specific, it is the day commonly called payday. This differs across companies and organisation but they all do the same thing on that day, pay the salaries of its workers.

Being a salary earner myself, I'm perplexed at how much value was initially placed on getting a regular job yet other sources of income seem to be the goal and activities of the wise. The reason for this is not far fetched, the pay of payday is no longer enough. Sometimes it seems it answers to it's name and time frame, **pay for the day. ** An average earner in my country is sure to have spent his pay even before the cheque arrives. Bills, debts, commitments etc all tugging at the meagre inflow of very many. Before world pay can be fully spelt it's all gone.

There are those who are more lucky to have a week or two but not beyond. This is also not a healthy percentage when the earning and purchasing power is reviewed in my country. Then there are the really lucky ones who enjoy the purchasing power of payday through the month. We are quick to not only congratulate them but also express our envy on their capacity to manage.

I'd to know what's it's like to you

Payday! Payweek or PaymontPaymonth
