How to prepare
Place the butter in a small pan and pour it over medium heat until bubbles form. Remove them from the fire and cool it for 2 - 3 minutes.
Using a spoon, carefully scrape the milky foam on the face of the butter, and discard them. Carefully pour the skimmed butter in another bowl, leave behind the solid pieces of milk and discard them, then leave the resulting butter aside.
To prepare the diameter:

Place 8 slices of pastry in the oven dish. Add the butter between each mixture. Leave the flour on top of the dish.
