There's nothing more regrettable when the past keeps us down and doesn't release us. This keeps us from advancing.

accomplishing the coveted, it takes away our vitality, does not enable us to appreciate life, assemble connections. What's more, it doesn't make a difference how this past appears – brilliant and ruddy or dim and miserable.

For whatever length of time that the past tends to us without further ado, it isn't the past – it is a Packed overwhelming bundle, which we convey all around and which keeps us from taking what life offers us now.
