Do have any reason to believe he was a part of taking the keys?

It doesn't sound like he played any role in that. Surely you can understand how he had nothing to do with the project falling apart. Pay him or not that is up to your conscience but why add to the mess by flagging him?

Sort:  

I was never involved with keys or ownership. I agreed to work as a developer and worked for 2weeks. I am surprised that my project @swapsteem is being involved in this. @swapsteem is way bigger than @dstors or @dcommerce and has a MVP in place. We are not selling lies or promises at @swapsteem.

Prospective project developers beware. Do not get involved in projects that have anything to do with Haejin. Because if anything goes wrong, you will be wrapped up in a complicated blame-game. It's starting to look like any Haejin involvement is immediate project death.

Maybe Haejin can turn his reputation around. But that's not at all a certainty. It's safer to just pan his projects for now.
