Debemos creer que todo pasa, y la situación que vivimos hoy, donde abunda el estrés y la preocupación también pasara.
No es fácil pero debemos creer, por nuestra propia estabilidad mental y nuestra propia paz que de esta saldremos.
Debemos crear un espacio propio y desconectarnos de tanta información. Que si bien es cierto es bueno estar informados tampoco debemos sobresaturarnos.
Ten calma, que de esta saldremos victoriosos.
We must believe that everything happens, and the situation we live in today, where stress and worry abound will also happen.
It is not easy but we must believe, by our own mental stability and our own peace that we will get out of this.
We must create our own space and disconnect from so much information. Although it is true that it is good to be informed, we must not be oversaturated either.
Be calm, we will be victorious from this.
