What is Love?

in #partiko5 years ago (edited)

This is a story I made when I got my heart broken one day, I was dealing with a lot of stress, depression and anxiety back then...

This is a post from my wattpad:
https://www.wattpad.com/story/138825860-mr-limited

What is the meaning to love?

I love to play games, or I love to ask for people names.

Love has a meaning that will make you insane, but love is not a game.

Ask and you will receive, but ask for love and you will be deceived.

I hate love, or should I say I hate the idea.

Love is torture, but why do we long for it?

If I had a chance to love I would take it, but I'm clueless to it presence.

Here in the present I'm just a single person without a heart.

Heartless I was told to be, so a stranger can't come up to me and steal love from me.

I was unaware on what that mean, but later down the line I was able to see.

Love is precious, but fragile to the hands of a stranger.

Do not pass your heart around to strangers, or it will end up broken.

Love is like tokens made as a currency, but it can be stolen just as easily as your TV.

Your TV can break, so can your heart.

So why do we love from the start?

We are afraid of being alone, so we share our heart until it breaks or becomes stone.

I do not have a heart, because mine was stolen, but I was foolish enough to let a stranger take control of it.

I'm heartless, because my was broken.
I ran out of tokens.

I can still love, but not like a person should, so if I say I love you don't fool me, because love is precious and I don't want to be lonely.

A heartless person can't love easily, unless you share yours and risk losing it immediately.

So I hate love, but it because I forgot how to not be lonely.

Love is meaningless and so is me.

Hey, did you know that in markdown if you put '©' just like that, it makes the © symbol? Just a suggestion on how to end your original work in he future :)

This touches close to home, I can understand the pain you went through you describe it personally!

You should totally sign your work with © your name and if you have the original date you wrote them on Wattpad, include that too :)

Keep up the good work!

Thank you so much! I never thought of using © afoolzluck 00/00/00

Thank you!

Also if you have any advice you like to share I'll be willing to listen!

I don't think I can find the original publish date.

The day you wrote it? That's ok, just nice to have when you look back is all. You can just go by this publishing date :)
