Thank you for the pay out!

in this point in human history there is no need for one to live forever. it sounds romantic and the science fiction and fantasy genre is full of immortal characters. however the teadium and repetitiveness would eventually become unbearable. this and the fact that human population seems to be expanding by about a billion every thirty years or so. there would come a point where resources and space would become depleted.
until we as a species develop the ability to travel from and colonize beyond earth, there is no need for immortality.
once we set sail out past our solar system into interstellar space then there will be a need for immortality or some form of stasis to offset the time it would take to reach out into that immeasurable vast distance of space.

ps it would be feasible if it was a world like the one in the movie(s) "highlander" for there could be only one!
god im such a nerd.

I'd say living forever isn't a good idea, when we multiply every day without reduction, the world population becomes too much and there won't be space anymore, in as much as death is painful to the living, it is a necessity.

Can never be !!!

Gracias por la información y la relación simbiótica.

Heaven and earth shay pass away.... No man or woman will live forever on earth

not good idea.

I'm just trying to get through 10 days of Fiesta in San Antonio Texas right now. 🍻

I have been hunted by this article for days.

The idea of living forever intrigues humankind because God "put eternity in their heart." And this is the very reason why humans have gone to great lengths to discover longevity, even eternity.

The prospect of living forever is open to everyone, not only to those limited few of the society nor to intellectuals of this world, but to all walks of life. And this is what the Bible requires. We can read at John 17:3: "This means everlasting life, their coming to know to you, the only true God, and the one whom you sent, Jesus Christ." Yes, everlasting life is offered to everyone who would know God and his son.

Warfare will also not be a problem. This is what God's Word, the Bible, tells us at Isaiah 2:4: "He will render judgment among the nations and set matters straight respecting many peoples. They will
their swords into plowshares and their spears into pruning shears. Nation will not lift up sword against nation, nor will they learn war anymore."

Life in paradise would also be fulfilling because we will enjoy the best of health forever. These are the few promises that God made:

  • Strength will return to its youthful vigor. (Job 33:25)

  • People will no longer feel pain, grow old, or die. (Revelation 21:3, 4)

  • No one will have sickness or informities. (Isaiah 33:24; 35:5, 6)

  • Everyone on earth will have plenty to eat. (Ps 72:16)

So, living forever in perfect health, perfect environment, is an idea that is BETTER THAN THE BEST! 😊
