Thank you for sharing you thoughts and experiences. I am the father to two now grown children. I have often said in looking back raiseing our children, that they surely taught us more then we taught them. They are now both grown and working on their own families.
Three months ago we had our first grand daughter. We were blessed to be present at her birth and spend every opportunity we can watching her and spending time with her and the family. I have noticed over the weeks since her birth little miracles in her development and adaptation as a human being. Her eyes are so innocent and curious, and her smile draws you in and makes you forget about all else. Her coordination develops more accurately with every passing day, and her strength is amazing to say the least.
I look very forward to following your future posting and perspective. Thank again.

Hi there! Sorry for my slow response to your lovely words.
It seems there is nothing quite as special as watching children grow up...
I've just posted part 2 of this series a few hours ago: https://steemit.com/parenting/@samstonehill/the-sacred-wisdom-of-children-what-can-they-teach-us-part-2
All the best to you :)
