Hello everyone! today i'm going to be talking about a certain cafe we stumbled upon in City Walk, Dubai!
City Walk is a gorgeous outdoor retail complex with many famous brands to shop from, such as Sephora, Calvin Klein and Swarovski. The area is lined with beautiful palm trees and an esplanade where you can sit beside and just enjoy the view. Besides, you can plainly see Burj Kahlifa, the tallest building in the world, clearly.
After walking around for a while, me and my friends decided it was time for a much needed break, and went to the famous Malaysian Cafe, PappaRoti. PappaRoti was initially established in Malaysia in 2003. Now it's a very elegant and modern cafe, with many chains around the world, including China, Canada, the United Kingdom and Australia.
When you first enter the cafe, you'll notice how modern and elegant the cafe looks. And the buns. Oh... the buns.... They are very crisp and deliciously gold-ish brown on the outside, yet very cottony, much like cloud-candy. They come in multiple flavors. The one my friend choose had been Cheese and Honey. The variety includes flavors from caramel to toffee to strawberry!
The hot chocolate was. very. delicious!! It was very sweet, and quite possibly the most delicious i'd ever tasted. I had to try one and i went back for seconds.
Overall, the experience had been one of my favorites. I really hope you guys try out PappaRoti in the very near future. It's worth it!
Sweet post- now I'm hungry :) I am working at Sephora in Poland. Maybe someday I'll move to this perfume shop in Dubai and for a break I'll be drinking coffee in this cafe.
