It’s my first time to bake a bread and I never knew I could make it.
As neophyte in the breadworld, It tested a lot my patience. And yet its fun!
It made me more observant and focused, taking every care in measuring, kneading, rolling, proofing, and heating them without burning.
In the end what fulfills me
Is that my friends really like it, and I love to share my bake.
And i’d love to bake more and share them!
