I make protein pancakes, they are tasty and healthy. I use one scoop of protein powder (chocolate flavour for chocolate pancakes ;)), a pinch of sodium bicarbonate, half a cup of oat flour or rice flour, one egg. Mix these ingredients to form the dough and lay it out on an oiled pan. Flip it over after a few minutes, cook it a bit longer and your pancake is ready. Put some peanut butter or natural yoghurt and berries on top and you're good to go with a tasty, healthy breakfast :)
