Overpopulation

Kathmandu_street.jpgThe world population has crossed 7 billion is about to reach 8, So maybe now it's time to think about the future of this world future. Well I tried to find the reason behind the major problems we face like poverty, unemployment, increasing crime rate and at the root of it is the over population. Something needs to be done, it's not like tomorrow we wake up and the populations drops in half, I mean it's not gonna drop this is a sure. But it can be stopped from increasing furthermore. Now, I know that the only way to stop population from increasing is to stop having more kids. That's something no one gonna agree on. But let me tell you something. the unemployment rate in youth is around 50% in India. That means that every one of two is unemployed and that is a major problem. What will those kids do when they grow up as there no jobs. We talk about development and creating infrastructure but no one addressing the biggest problem to the society. We are spending our resources faster than we are extracting them.

National Geographic made a video when the world population reached seven billion. In that video they said that we need better distribution as the whole world population can be fitted into box size of LA. So imagine if this really happens. A hour later later people will start killing each other not because they need food or water but just because they need air to breathe.
