Who wants one of these?
Hi guys!
Foundation WeekArt exhibit at the same time. As you know, or maybe not, we have been looking for a venue for his exhibit since June. But since his invitation to perform and promote Steemit Philippines last month, the university requested for an Art workshop
For anyone who has been following our @walkofhope activities these past months, we now have the dates for the said workshop. As Silliman University is having their from the 18th-22nd, a 3-day workshop has been alloted for us, also allowing @flabbergast-art and has offered the place for his exhibit upon learning of @flabbergast-art's plan of doing an exhibit in a public place.
Promoting Walk of Hope|Steemit Philippines
Silliman university is very much accessible based from my experience last June. It is located along the port's promenade and have a very busy streets on both sides. Plus, it have locals and foreign students so pretty much perfect for promotions, including Dumaguete's tourists.

Walk of Hope : a charity with an advocacy
Although bringing Music and Arts to the underpriviledged Filipinos in the countrythat is to teach and help them on ways on how to earn and have a livelihood, using what is easily accessible and available to them. In this regard, we want to emphasize that what we want to do is more of as an advocacy in providing means of livelihood for them, rather than CHARITY. is on how we started with @walkofhope, @flabbergast-art's stay in Bayawan pointed us to another direction,
We believe that with the economic set-up in the Philippines, we rather teach our countrymen on "how to fish rather than constantly give them fish". In this way, we can help them stand on their own and be able to do the same in the future, if they so wish.
Empowered and independent using Steem/SBD, the blockchain and other cryptocurrencies.
Please follow us for more updates. We thank everyone for all your support, Steemians and non-Steemians alike, it is what keeps us running. All liquid payouts will be sent to our @walkofhope account for future expenses.

Sounds like a beautiful initiative @immarojas! I really like the underlying philosophy that it is better to teach people to fish than to just give them fish.
Thanks! Empowerment and independence..that's the goal.
Es un excelente trabajo el que realizan ustedes en @walkofhope, espero que muchas personas vayan a su curso ya que debe ser espectacular aprender de su arte que realizan con Bambú y apoyen a Steemit Philippines
Muchas gracias☺
