One thing I absolutely adore about this time of year is being able to not only grow our own organic salads for free, but to be creative with what we have. Here is my latest salad (which will develop as the season moves on to have even more color than seen here) which includes Rocky Top Lettuce Blend (Baker Creek Seeds), golden oregano, parsley, dandelion leaves, young and tender grape leaves, borage leaves, nasturtium leaves and bright colored pansy flowers! So tasty and healthy, no need for dressing!!
So beautiful, I wouldn't even think of dousing it in the ranch dressing. @ironshield
