Environment also determines our Foods quality

A very important factor most natural food proponents usually miss when recommending healthy natural foods to people is the environment. They recommend foods from plants and animals that could be low in quality, and to some extent, not suitable for consumption due to the environments they grew in. Several negative environmental factors, which could be artificial or mostly natural determine how poor or low quality plants & animals become. This includes environment with extreme weather conditions, unstable weather, disturbances from humans/animals, radiations, disease, unhygienic environment, toxic air etc
Plants and animals need the right environments to do well, as the wrong environment could make them develop/grow poorly thus affecting their quality except maybe they have strong immunity or are naturally adapted to thrive in such conditions.
Consider a plant or animal that grows in very clean & calm environment with moderate weather conditions, and another that grows in dirty, chaotic and extreme environments, there will likely be remarkable difference in their appearances. The first would look lush green, bright colored, healthy, relatively bigger in size etc, while the one in poor environment wouldn't be that green, would look unhealthy, and be relatively smaller in size. These actually reflect the internal state of the plants or animals which may suggest they are/aren't healthy, nutritious and high quality.
It's important not to confuse the high quality plants or animals with the genetical modified, pesticide-treated, synthetic-fertilizer grown ones. The latter is the unnatural version of the real things and have been grown synthetically. They have fake appearance of the real but are of poor quality. In humans quest to prevent or circumvent the issues that affect the quality of their animals/plants they use artificial means to achieve this but it has bad consequences and do not really solve the problem since the plants or animals still end up being poor in quality with appearances that make them look as if all is well inside.

Solving the Issues

  • Create the right environment that is safe for animal and plant production. You could do this by creating a really good law that regulates the way people behave in the community you choose to live in. A good law will create a peaceful and quiet environment suitable for healthy growth of plants, animals and even the humans living in it. Another important fact most people aren't aware of is that a good law can actually change the weather conditions for good, if people obey it. Humans have biggest influence on the environment they choose to live in, if they live bad life and are unwilling to be good or unwilling to change for good, the environment gradually or quickly becomes bad long-term and this can affect the quality of the plants, animals and even humans living there. Becareful producing plants and animals in such environments.

  • It's important to site a farm in quiet, clean places with natural sheds or some sort of irrigated greenhouse to keep the temperature cooler and humid than surroundings environment.

  • Produce natural animals and plants that thrive in harsh weather conditions. Such plants and animals may have developed features that protect them from harsh conditions and will likely be high in quality.

To the consumers, when next you want to buy plant or animal based foods, make sure they are produced from the right environments described above. Do not confuse authentic foods with the attractive, genetically modified, pesticide-ridden ones. They can be quite similar in appearances, though the latter could be quite exaggerated. The synthetic are partly as a result of quest to produce high quality foods in abundance in environments/lands that no longer produce sufficient high-quality foods. I hope by now you know why the environments and lands really failed. It's better we avoid such situation (than consume low quality foods) so that high quality foods may be produced in abundance.
