Currently using KeePass (open source, good support and community) but seems way complicated to enable some sort of 2FA. Is there something else I should look at? Having 'one password to rule them all' is friggin' only slightly less risky than res-using our own foofoo passwords ala Zuckerberg. With Bitcoin, I have offline-created paper wallets and hardware Trezor wallet. With user/password stuff like Steemit, we got lotsa risk and a big honeypot.
For Poloniex and Bittrex I use Google Authenticator and I am very happy with it. I truly recommend it.
You can set up Lastpass with "Duo" or Google Authenticator.
Here's a good tutorial:

Lastpass has worked pretty well so far, and I use Google Authenticator with it.
