Infidelity: Forgive or Terminate the relationship?

When in a relationship, someone decides to have an affair with another person, it is because they simply do not get what they want in you. Based on that, if the break has already occurred and you have just confirmed it, what would you do? Would you forgive or terminate the relationship?

While it is true that in most cases, everything is arranged talking about the fact, it is well known that there are always sequels because of the betrayal. A life full of doubts, which produces very negative sensations that consume your energy; you stop living your life to live that of the other, you become a prisoner and jailer in that relationship; Now, totally toxic.

It is unfair to cling to a lie. If in a moment you were the second option, that you will continue being from that moment that they were infidel. The infidel will continue searching for what he does not find in you, and you will continue to cling, forgiving his "errors", excusing himself in your supposed "deficiencies".  Is it fair that you consume your life in that way? The infidel will use your lack of self-love to manipulate you, and they will make you look foolish by making you believe that you are guilty of their infidelity. who is unfaithful, it's just like that, he does not need excuses, that's the way their lives are. They will not change.

Now, you for revenge maybe you end up devaluing yourself, trying to act in the same way. If you continue the relationship and you think to get revenge in the same way "being unfaithful", then you are not worth more than that person who betrayed you, you only expected a reason to be unfaithful without feeling guilty.

What do you think about it?
