Hi everyone! It's a pleasure for me and for you too hehehe to know us!, my name is Williams Hernandez, I'm 21 years old on this planet and this is my first publication for the Steemit platform, I'm not the best writer but I'm a communication lover (kindly ironic) so I'll be trying to improve my writing step by step with the help of all of you, I'm a very creative person in a good mood always and as the people say here in my country I am a "todero" (I guess that can be translated as "everything-maker") So I can do everything, I'm addicted to knowledge and learning new things and therefore, I learn everything and I'm happy learning (and teaching too, I don't say it, I do it naturally).
And to tell you specifically what I do, since I was young I dedicated myself to make money with the use of the internet, and thanks to the obvious crisis in my country I had to learn to do everything to evolve fast and survive, then it became my hobby to learn.
Here I''ll show you some of my knowledge.
Animation
I like pixel art so I thought it was the best way to learn to draw somehow and my dear cousin @dedalocious gave me the respective classes of Basic animation, illustration and Pixel art, I learned to do some Pixel art work in Photoshop but my cousin taught me to use another program that's called aseprite (the same with which I made that beautiful animation that took me three days to finish). Also I like sarcasm.
My first animation work I did together with the help and advice of my cousin @dedalocious, for my brother @ilazramusic who showed me this great platform and who you'll know at the end of the post If you don't know him actually zzzz. Here I leave a gif preview and I leave the video link. This is a video to recruit a bassist for my brother's band (known as "ILBAND").
This idea came about thanks to a conversation with my brother @ilazramusic and our love for video games (main reason of choosing an 8-bits concept), at the beggining the cat had another concept because of laziness, ignorance and lack of pixels but after talking in depth with my cousin came the one we know today.
PD: The very charismatic cat is called Ilcat
This was the main idea for the Il'Cat, if you can notice, I didn't know at all how to use the tool or knew anything about pixel art so this design compared to what was used to be at the end it's incredibly different and of course less professional.
That is the designer's job, verify their work and try to improve it whenever you can and have no love for sleep of course to always get a result as close to the main idea of ??it.
And here I leave the finished video with some personal touches such as:
- The personal logo of @ilazramusic in 8-bits.
- An 8-bit design per instrument.
- Concept of character selection on a video game screen.
Very tedious and horrible to makebubbles.
To make that video I had to learn how to use After Effects and for the whole general edition of the video I used Sony Vegas, I made the sound effects with different programs, and my brother's music versioned in Chiptunes (musical genre that sounds like the Tetris soundtrack) 
was made by my brother with a program called Bosca Ceoil (very good to make songs of that genre and then he took it to a slightly more advanced production program like FL Studio)
Edition & Design
I learned to design because you need the work of a designer for anything you need to sell on the internet, because as you well know, an image says more than a thousand words, then I became fond of this design, I saw many courses on the internet and tutorials with my friends to learn how to design and step by step I learned to use these three 
that I really feel that all people should know how to use it at least as it's usual to know about the office tools.
The above mentioned programs are (in order from left to right): Photoshop, Ligthroom, Illustrator, all from the Adobe company.
Why we need to know it?
With these tools I've been capable of do this kind of things:

The one who guesses which book is this I'll give it a design made by me, the clue: It's from Jules Verne
I feel that we should all have a small notion of photography for being part of a digital era and more visual than ever, without forgetting that they're the best memories that can be kept of a special moment in any time of your life.
Learning from photography I could make arrangements in colors and lighting, for example: retouching of photos like this one of the spoiled and very intelligent dog called "Patricio", which is the best friend and dog son of my friend @jimmyvidal.

And on top of that I was able to do more advanced retouching works, for example: this photo is from a trip that I had recently to the beach, where the purpose of the photo is that the focal element is Vito (the handsome and ball addict puppy) and my friends playing with the neighbors.
What I did was take advantage of the high lighting of the beach and the bright colors of the clothes and saturate them a bit to give life to the photo and eliminate people who weren't part of the photo basically so that the eye of the viewers focus what it should draw the attention of the photo.

Music 
I love music, I'm almost addict to it and I can't do anything without music I bathe with music, I cook with music, even I work listening to music! Since my whole life I sing and do it all day, I play the piano and I'm learning to play the ukulele. 
My family is full of musicians and love of music therefore since I was born I saw myself surrounded by music everywhere! If you know me, you know I'll be singing all day. This introduction will be a little different from the rest, since besides being a small introduction to this platform at the same time it's a participation for the week number 107 of the very popular contest called Steemit Open Mic Sponsored by @pfunk and @luzcypher. I also thank the judge team of Open Mic for their awesmoe work giving love to all those musicians of the whole world that came and participate every wekk: @meno, @passion-ground, @soundlegion, @verbal-d, @krystle.
Here I leave my participation in the Steemit Open Mic in its week number 107 with my brother @ilazramusic:

All photos are my authorship and were captured with a GoPro Hero Black 3 camera, and retouched with Photoshop and LightRoom.

How did I came to Steemit?
I had time watching my brother @ilazramusic's work on the platform and I really hadn't been able to finish planning my arrival on the platform until he created a project that helped me a lot (I even got 0.5 Steems as an impulse and first collaboration with my blog), said project is called @swimproject.
I highly recommend their work since they really focus on the new content creators starting with the best possible energies and knowledge about the platform.
My contribution to this beautiful project was their logo and content dividers (both gif and jpg), here I leave that work:

¡Hola a todos! ¡Es un placer para mi y para ustedes jejeje conocernos!, mi nombre es Williams Hernández, tengo 21 años en este planeta y esta es mi primera publicación para la plataforma Steemit, no soy el mejor redactando pero soy amante de la comunicación (algo irónico) así que me esforzare por mejorar mi redacción poco a poco con ayuda de todos ustedes, soy una persona muy creativa de buen humor siempre y como le dicen aquí en mi país soy "todero" osea que hago de todo, soy adicto al conocimiento y a aprender cosas nuevas y por lo tanto, aprendo de todo y soy feliz aprendiendo (y enseñando también, no lo digo yo, lo hago naturalmente).
Y para contarles específicamente qué hago, desde joven hago dinero por internet, y gracias a la crisis obvia de mi país tuve que aprender a hacer de todo para evolucionar rápido y bueno, se volvió mi hobby el aprender.
Aquí les mostrare un poco de mi conocimiento.
Animación
Me gusta el pixel art por lo tanto me pareció la mejor manera de aprender a dibujar de alguna manera y mi querido primo @dedalocious me dio las respectivas clases de Animación básica, ilustración y de Pixel art, aprendí a trabajar Pixel art en Photoshop pero me gustó mucho mas el programa que mi primo me enseño a utilizar que se llama aseprite (el mismo con el que hice esa guapa animación que me tomó tres días terminar. También me gusta el sarcasmo
Mi primer trabajo de animación lo hice junto con la ayuda y asesoría de mi primo @dedalocious, para mi hermano @ilazramusic quien me enseño esta grandiosa plataforma y a quien conocerán al final del post Si es que ya no lo conoces zzzz, Aquí les dejo un gif preview y les dejo el link del video. Se trata de un video para reclutar un bajista para la banda de mi hermano (conocida como "ILBAND").
Esta idea surgió gracias a una conversación con mi hermano @ilazramusic y nuestro amor por los videojuegos (de ahí el concepto de 8-bits), al principio el gato tenía otro concepto por culpa de la flojera, el desconocimiento y escases de píxeles pero luego de conversar a profundidad con mi primo surgió el que conocemos actualmente.
PD: El muy carismático gato se llama Ilcat
Esta era la idea principal para el Il'Cat, si se pueden fijar, no sabía en absoluto cómo usar la herramienta ni sabía nada de pixel art por lo que este diseño a comparación del que fue utilizado al final es increíblemente diferente y por supuesto menos profesional.
Ese es el trabajo de un diseñado, verificar su trabajo y tratar de mejorarlo cada vez que se pueda y no tener amor por dormir por supuesto para siempre conseguir un resultado lo más cercano a la idea principal del mismo.
Y aquí les dejo el vídeo finalizado con algunos toques personales como:
- El Logo personal de @ilazramusic en 8-bits.
- Un diseño de 8-bits por instrumento.
- Concepto de selección de personajes en una pantalla de videojuegos.
Burbujas muy tediosas y horribles de hacer.
Para hacer ese video tuve que aprender a usar After Effects y para toda la edición general del video utilice Sony Vegas, los efectos de sonido los hice con diferentes programas, y la música de mi hermano versionada en Chiptunes (género musical que suena como el soundtrack de Tetris) la hizo mi hermano con un programa llamado Bosca Ceoil (muy bueno para hacer maquetas de canciones de ese género para luego llevarlas a un programa un poco mas avanzado de producción como el FL Studio)
Diseño y Edición.
Aprendí a diseñar porque se necesita el trabajo de un diseñador para cualquier cosa que necesites vender en internet, porque como muy bien se sabe, una imagen dice más que mil palabras, luego me encariñé con esto del diseño, vi muchísimos cursos en internet y tutoriales con mis amigos para aprender a diseñar y poco a poco aprendí a usar estos tres que de verdad siento que todas las personas deberían saber al menos manejar en lo mínimo estos programas como se acostumbra a saber de las herramientas de office.
Los programas anteriormente mencionados son (en orden de izquierda a derecha): Photoshop, Ligthroom, Illustrator, todos de la gama de Adobe.
¿Por qué?
Con ellos he podido hacer los siguientes trabajos:

El que adivine que libro es este le regalo un diseño hecho por mi, la pista: Es de Julio Verne
Siento que todos deberíamos tener una pequeña noción de fotografía por formar parte de una época digital y más aún, más visual que nunca, sin olvidar que son de los mejores recuerdo que se pueden mantener de un momento especial en tu vida.
Aprendiendo de fotografía pude hacer arreglos en los colores e iluminación, por ejemplo: retoques de fotos como esta del perro consentido y muy inteligente llamado "Patricio", el cual es el compañero de mi amigo @jimmyvidal.

Y además de eso pude hacer trabajos de retoques más avanzados, como por ejemplo: esta foto de un viaje que tuve hace poco a la playa, donde el propósito de la foto es que el elemento focal es Vito (el perrito wapo y adicto a las pelotas) y mis amigos jugando con los vecinos.
Lo que hice fue aprovechar la iluminación alta de la playa y los colores llamativos de la ropa y saturarlos un poco para darle vida a la foto y eliminar la gente que no formaba parte de la foto básicamente para que el ojo de los espectadores enfoquen lo que debe llamar la atención de la foto.

Música
Amo la música, de verdad es como un vicio y no puedo hacer nada sin música me baño con música, cocino con música, como y trabajo escuchando música! Desde toda mi vida canto y lo hago todo el día, toco el piano y estoy aprendiendo a tocar el ukulele.
Mi familia esta llena de músicos y amor por la música por lo tanto desde que nací me veo rodeado de música en todos lados! si me conoces sabes que canto todo el día. Esta introducción sera un poquito diferente a las del resto, ya que ademas de ser una pequeña introducción a esta plataforma a la vez es una participación para la semana numero 107 de el muy popular concurso llamado Steemit Open Mic Patrocinado por @pfunk y @luzcypher. Además agradezco al equipo de jurados del Open Mic por su árdua labor dándole amor a todos esos músicos de categoría del mundo entero: @meno, @passion-ground, @soundlegion, @verbal-d, @krystle.

¿Cómo llegué a Steemit?
Tenía tiempo viendo el trabajo de mi hermano @ilazramusic en la plataforma y verdaderamente no había podido terminar de planificar mi llegada a la plataforma hasta que él creó un proyecto que me ayudó muchísimo (inclusive me dieron 0.5 Steems como un impulso y primera colaboración con mi blog), dicho proyecto se llama @swimproject.
Les recomiendo muchísimo su trabajo ya que verdaderamente se enfocan en que los nuevos creadores de contenido empiecen con el mejor pie posible.

Especially I love the first picture you've made. And to your first pixel art I have to say that what better way to spend three days to, as your pixel artwork after that is awesome.
I've used after effects to animate some of the illustrations I've done with photoshop, and out of necessity used after effects to remove flicker from caused by led lights in videos. What can I say, I'm a fateful Adobe user, although it sometimes isn't the best tool to do things with. If I make videos my choice is Premier because I've gotten so used to it. But I have to admit, all of the Adobe products are a bit overkill for some of the work I do with them.
Thank you for the song, you have a beautiful voice. What a great idea to do both at the same time, an introduction and an openmic post. And excellent work with the design by the way.
