Steemit Open Mic Week 68 Red Hot Chili Peppers - Under the bridge (Guitar Cover)

in #openmic7 years ago

What's up guys!

For this week's open mic I share a guitar cover of one of the well-known alternative rock and funk rock bands called Red Hot Chili Peppers, this time I use my Stratocaster Guitar, which is better suited to this style. "Under the bridge" The song I'll play is the second single that belongs to the album "Blood Sugar Sex Magik" released on the market in 1991.

I Hope you like!

Lyrics of the Song "Under the bridge" ♫:

Sometimes I feel
Like I don't have a partner
Sometimes I feel
Like my only friend
Is the city I live in
The city of angels
Lonely as I am
Together we cry.

I drive on her streets
'Cause she's my companion
I walk through her hills
'Cause she knows who I am
She sees my good deeds
And she kisses me windy
I never worry
Now that is a lie.

I don't ever wanna feel
Like I did that day
But take me to the place I love
Take me all the way
I don't ever wanna feel
Like I did that day
But take me to the place I love
Take me all the way.

It's hard to believe
That there's nobody out there
It's hard to believe
That I'm all alone
At least I have her love
The city she loves me
Lonely as I am
Together we cry.

I don't ever wanna feel
Like I did that day
But take me to the place I love
Take me all the way
I don't ever wanna feel
Like I did that day
But take me to the place I love
Take me all the way.

Under the bridge downtown
Is where I drew some blood
Under the bridge downtown
I could not get enough
Under the bridge downtown
Forgot about my love
Under the bridge downtown
I gave my life away.

Excellent, Joe! I don't know how you did it, but I just love the way you were able to separate the sound in such a way to drop your guitar seamlessly right into the original mix. Awesome job!

Thank's man I used a guitar backing track that did not include the guitar of the original song that's why I was able to play it that resembled the original guitar. Thank you very much for the support, greetings!

I still don't know how you managed to find such a backing-track - all I know is that you and your guitar sound great here, brother!

Nunca me canso de escuchar tu talento bro, sigue asi :D

Gracias bro me alegra saber que te gusta mi contenido. Saludos!
