¡Hola comunidad de Steemit!
This week I am very happy to participate in the #openmic contest with a wonderful girl @michellemusica, not only for her talent, but for the incredible person she is. You know? It had been about a month since I had wanted to meet her in person, but it prevented us from the distance, since I am from the eastern region of Venezuela, and she from the central-western region. But after so much time, we're here together introducing them the song Give me love by Ed Sheeran.
This post, is not only to participate in #openmic. This post, really is a dedication, and a thank you. It's amazing how a person can mean so much in so little time, do not you think? I'll tell you a bit about how this is going.
I am currently studying at the "Academia de Música Maestro German Segura". I belong to the world of music for about 6 years, and I had always wanted to study in this place, from the moment I opened its doors in the city of Cumaná. Founded by the baritone German Segura, who has been a fundamental pillar for the cultural, artistic, musical movement in the city. Beginning with the founding of the Luis Mariano Rivera Theater, and bidding farewell adding to this legacy this academy, a magical place.
Currently the academy is run by the daughter of German @acamusiger, person who has helped me a lot to continue growing artistically. It's interesting how I've met special people in this magical place. Within several conversations in the classes I had heard about a girl named "Michelle" who saw classes there and who was niece of the same German Segura.
After so many times of having heard her name, I decided to add her to my social networks and establish a conversation with her to get to know her. Currently I think it has been one of the best decisions of all, because from the first day we spoke the good vibes took over the conversation.
She came to the city to attend the concert that we would present in the aforementioned theater, I will talk about this concert in another post, but I will only say that it was an unforgettable experience.
I was helping to set the stage for the concert, and I see her with her dress, beautiful, smiling, radiant, a girl full of good vibes entering the theater greeting his old companions. They say that the first impression of people is worth a lot, I had time without receiving a sincere hug for a long time, until that moment that was the first day we saw each other.
Habíamos quedado en grabar varios covers juntos al encontrarnos, y aquí esta uno de ellos, espero que les guste. Gracias @michellemusica por la increíble semana y por compartir en tan poquito tiempo momentos increíbles, eres lo máximo.
We had been in recording several covers together when we met, and here is one of them, I hope you like it. Thanks @michellemusica for the incredible week and for sharing incredible moments in such a short time, you are the best.
Always grateful with @pfunk, @luzcypher, @passion-ground, @soundlegion, @krystle, @Verbal-d and @meno for giving us the opportunity to share our talent through #openmic.
