Wishing everyone a bright, blessed day. Personally, I'm feeling grateful for some rekindled relationships that were on hold because of the pandemic. We lit a fire in the woods for band practice yesterday, and enjoyed making music together for the first time in months. I also had a visit from a brilliant brother who is lighting up the world with his creative spirit.
The creative fire is blazing hot in my life! I imagine this is true for many of us, at this time when life seems to be requiring our full creative potential. To me, these past few months seem like the entrance to the Creative Age, when we survive and thrive by our ability to bring light into the dark, like a flame. We are fiery embers, drifting into the unknown. We are red hot lava, creating new islands. We are stars exploring new space.
Naturally, being on fire is a lot of energy! Am I right? It requires some serious work to process this energy, letting it move through us, through the emotions, the thoughts, and the physical field. To me, this time in world history calls each of us to search inside ourselves for health and well-being in body, heart, mind, soul, and spirit. We are our own best healers. We are our own best teachers.

Right on! Thank you for sharing this. Someone suggested I start a Discord channel for the Hive Open Mic community. Is that something you would recommend? The reason why I ask is because I'm pretty new to Discord, and just trying to learn what makes it a valuable tool for community building.
Well if you are new to Discord why not join with us and maybe you can learn all that’s needed in the terminal ( we help newbies on steem and hive ) and when you want to do an open mic maybe the first can be with is, we have concerts in the terminal aswell ( Jose Cabrerev and some others ) and when you feel comfortable maybe later open your own discord .
