How i made my first 100$ playing free online poker!..and where i am now..

First of all, i am new to steemit platform and in this first post it's more like testing it out, so please show some support! :)
In this and future posts i will mostly write about crypto news, future investments and of course about my passion - online poker.
In this post, i want to greet myself and what i am doing for living. I started to play online poker when i was a kid, of course it was play money tournaments and play money cashgames at first :) That's when i fell in love with this game, called and most known as Texas Hold'em. It was funny but after i was playing around with play money chips without any value for some time, i was getting better and better in it. So i thought to myself: "would be great to do this for living!" You know, what's better than doing something you like, something you are passionate about, and get some money for it. So i started to play online free-roll poker tournaments - a poker tournament without $ buy-in, but with small money prizes. The not so bright side of these tournaments was.. there were like 10000 players per tournament and only 200$ prize pool :D...if you do the simple math 200/10k.. it's like 0.02$ buy-in tournament. But the bright side was.. 95% of them were "fishes".. so the key factor to win them was: "To stay positive, wait for a nice hand or in poker language it would be called be the " tight aggressive" guy!
Some of you probably have seen movie called "Rounders" which is also one of my favorite movies of all. And by playing these free-roll tournaments i fully understood the meaning of this quote from Rounders movie: " If you can't spot the sucker in your first half hour at the table, then you ARE the sucker." The time when i really started to enjoy poker and started to make some money from it, was when i spotted those suckers at the tables. So as easy as that i kept to this one rule - play tight against fishes and play looser against better players!
Most likely i did not said anything extremely new or interesting to you guys and just looked where i was 10 years ago from now. And if you still bare with me, that it actually how i made my first 100$ back in year 2007 by playing free-roll poker tournaments. The interesting part is how i made what i have now from those 100$ :D The struggles i had and how i almost got broke after losing 5k$ in less than 2 hours! That is where my story gets interesting and i would even say emotional. Fun part is that it was an online poker room, where i first heard about Bitcoin. And that is where my story gets even more interesting.. That is where i started my 3 years of research work about crypto: currencies, markets, trading and investment. That is where took my poker winnings and was able to dive into this crazy adventure..

P.S. Let me know if you are interested in how to become a good online poker player in 2017. I might have some good info base and suggestions just for you! ;)
