Ah this is a delicious sounding recipe. I didn't realize that Worcestershire sauce was an ingredient in some french onion soup! Makes sense, the stuff is great to add to recipes.

I love having fresh, local things like butter. There's nothing better than great butter that doesn't have the junk in it! Our favorite butter is Kerrygold if we buy it at the store since it's mainly grass fed and the color is completely unlike any other store bought butter. If we go to one of the local farms, we try to sample their butters and they are fantastic!
