Mission
The mission of the Hive-Engine asset OST (One Strong Token) is to:
- provide a creative economy alongside its community programming challenges, events, and activities.
- help bring new members to free accounts on the Hive blockchain.
- Expand career development possibilities and out-of-school-time programs in gateway cities in Massachusetts, USA.
The OST token is rewarded to members/interns/etc. of the One Strong Foundation, One Strong Community Program, and One Strong Page.
One Strong Token is traded for liquid SWAP.HIVE through the Tribaldex or Hive-Engine Exchange Platform. SWAP.HIVE or HIVE can be used in many ways and is exchanged for USD through market sales on 3rd Party Exchanges like Bittrex—however, the SWAP.HIVE can also be used to get SWAP.BNB, which can then be used on the Binance platform. Hive, Hive-Engine, and the Hive blockchain are all helping the One Strong brand bring massive opportunities and resources to its communities.
How does the Token Receive its value?
The One Strong Foundation funds one Strong Token through donations, grants, and other fundraising means.
@boycharlieplays is the creator/founder/and initial member of the One Strong Community Program. He is establishing an afterschool program to provide a steady income not only for himself but to back the ideas of the One Strong Foundation and in the process One Strong Token.
How can community members obtain OST?
OST is easily purchasable on the Hive-Engine market. @boycharlieplays is awarding OST to members of The Family #splinterlands Guild. Also, the One Strong Community Program Internship is preparing to distribute newly minted tokens.
What do the One Strong Foundation, One Strong Page, and One Strong Community Program do to back the One Strong Token?
30,000 tokens funded by @boycharlieplays have been acting as the initial supply, and the test of backing the tokens has been taking place over the last few years.
As Program Director, Charlie establish a community-based distribution token. Interactions on Community Based Channels and Events would constitute the receiving of the asset.
The One Strong Foundation was born with the development of a non-profit entity whose mission will be to financially back, manage, and support the token and its programming. Under the One Strong Foundation is the One Strong Community Program which hosts Out-Of-School Time experiences for students Ages 5-13 and Internship/Career Development opportunities for students ages 14-18. These experiences offer views and learning opportunities to enhance one's understanding of Art, Culture, Finance, and other subjects.
One Strong Token Current Holding Distribution
The current holders of One Strong Token are members or participants of the @boycharliefamily community that have engaged in activities with the creator or have managed to purchase OST from the market directly. No new mints have been done for OST since its initial creation.
