I would must say it is a great initiative. If we want to grow as a commnunity and want steem/dtube to be competing with youtube then we will have to take these kind of steps to increase the interest of creators.

That is a very brilliant thing to say. I just started using Dtube and am loving it. These steps indeed must be taken to take Dtube to all the world.
