To Hive Or Not To Hive; That IS The Question!?

Onboarding into Hive needs to be simple, and work consistently, or it will fail. I have now created 3 accounts and each one has been problematic. I checked and redid the steps carefully and still have inconsistent and negative results. Note, in frustration and as a sanity check, I tried another web 3 solution, and was able to onboard successfully in under 5 minutes. At this point, they have the edge for bringing on new users, and Hive sadly will lose gaining new users and overall traction. This is sad, as I chose Hive first. Not only is the onboarding problematic (and more complex that it likely needs to be), there does not seem to be a good solid Onboarding or Getting Started guidance for newbies to consult easily. The closest I found was a well written post by someone who shares my experience, and took the time to detail his experience. See the following: @ryzeonline/hive-a-complete-beginners-guide-with-fun-doodles-pt-1 An astute Hive Community would be wise to peruse the above post, and choose to address the issue(s). I respect all the work that has gone into HIVE to date, and wish everyone great success in developing and growing. However, it is clear, the status quo will greatly affect future success. I write this short post only to point out there is a problem.
