I was given this site as a solution to the problem of new people on Hive not having any HP.
I just tried with two accounts that have 0 HP (and which never had HP delegated) but this error message comes up:
USER HAS RECENTLY HAD A DELEGATION
Anyway this is not true, since the account I tried had no previous delegations.
UPDATE:
it works now! i talked with the dev and it now works for users with 0 HP.
Is there any other solution out there to solve the fact that new users don't have any HP when they join Hive?
I had someone recently ask me for HP because they were on the verge of quitting.
Also, from a poll on Twitter, it was suggested that we create a pool that we can all donate to in order to solve this for new users.
What are your ideas on this?
It doesn't do any good to onboard new users and then just leave them hanging, but i also understand that people who are successful at referring new users to Hive, may not have the extra resources to delegate them out.
Any ideas to solve this, let us talk about this.

I am still searching and looking for hive other solution, beeme.icu hakced and delegation with other associates is unknown to me.

I like peakd.com. The wallet allows HP delegation as a default option. Tested and verified by assigning and removing delegations with my own @hivepope sockpuppet, and current delegations to @hivewatchers and @hivebuzz. Pretty painless. It just requests my Active key to authorize the transaction.
Second this! I just delegated yesterday to a new user that I recently on-boarded. Simple and painless!
That's too bad newbies needs HP.
