Hello everyone!

This is a compilation post that will serve as a summary and status of the onboarding program. For those who are late to the party, OCD's onboarding program aims to bring more users to Hive and retain those users through the curation of posts submitted by the onboarders.

Anyone who's active in Hive is invited to apply as an OCD onboarder. Please see the details of the application process at the end of this post.

Today I want to share with you my presentation. My name is Astimer Lopez, the oldest of 8 brothers, my mother's name is Andrea del Carmen Valera, my father is Antonio Ramon Lopez, I am 50 years old and I live in Barquisimeto, Lara State, Venezuela.

Hi Hive community, I introduce myself I am Maf.... no wait wait, let's make this a little more formal. My name is Maria Fernanda Lopez, but they call me Mafer, I’m Venezuelan, from Caracas, I'm an engineer, bartender and currently the guy who talks on Mondays with two friends on Twitter Space.

This is how I apprise the earth of my promised newness. And may you be witnesses of the redemption avowed by someone beyond the persona of Tajirah Arthave, @adhira. Someone unconfined in her birth in Davao City, Philippines and her inclination to Medical Laboratory Science. A being of infinite substance who writes most about childhood recollections, personal introspection, and even perhaps her discoveries. Until then, know that this is how I make sense of every word: A compass to ownership of the life I once denied to live with.

Okey I answer this question briefly my name is Astrid. I was born on 17/01/2008, Yes that means I am 14 years old. I'm 1.54, Yes I know what you think I'm really short, I often get comments about my height but I have no problem with it. My hobbies are usually volleyball, calisthenics training, reading, writing and hanging out with friends. I would love to tell you about how I am currently doing in my activities, but first I will tell you about my childhood and what I have been doing as a teenager. get to know a little bit about me below.

Just call me “selfless get”, I am 30 years old and happily connected with myself towards the uncertainties of the world. I’ve been working as a public school teacher for nine years, in one of the developing schools in the Northern part of Cebu.

Hello hive people! My name is Rocío Perelli, I am 32 years old. I am from La Plata, capital of Buenos Aires. I got to know this space through @dimascastillo90, an excellent photographer who explained to me with a lot of patience from this community.

Please take note that the stats do not reflect the current state of each onboarders as of this time because we are still catching up with this compilation post. The stats will be updated in each compilation post until it becomes up to date with the onboarding initiative.

OCD's onboarding program is conceptualized to be a powerful mechanism in attracting and retaining new content creators. Since incentives are given to active onboarders, it could be a nice income generation for those who wanted to focus more in inviting new users to Hive. For more information about this program, please refer to this post.

If you want to be an onboarder, join us in OCD's Discord Server and write your application in #onboarder-application channel. Your application must contain the following:

Once you've applied, there will be a vetting process. We will check your on-chain activity to make sure that you can be trusted. Once you're in, you have the capacity to make an invite link using OCD's account creation token, invite anyone you think is a good addition to Hive with a quick and no SMS required account creation, nominate the posts of your invites through a special channel for curation, and get beneficiary rewards both from the users you've invited, posts like these and more benefits in the future!

Be warned that you are responsible for your invites. Meaning, their activity reflects on how you mentor them. Any suspicious activity of your invite can be a ground for your expulsion in the program. Make sure that before they start posting in Hive, you already oriented them on the activities to avoid such as plagiarism.
