This is a compilation post that will serve as a summary and status of the onboarding program. For those who are late to the party, OCD's onboarding program aims to bring more users to Hive and retain those users through the curation of posts submitted by the onboarders.

Anyone who's active in Hive is invited to apply as an OCD onboarder. Please see the details of the application process at the end of this post.

Hello everyone, I'm Fatimatuzzahro, but People call me Zaza. Actually, I started the trend for my own name to be called Zaza. Let it be simple and easy.

I was born in the city of Batik, Pekalongan, Indonesia. Because like many citizens of the world who already know, that Batik is a national heritage in my country. I've put it on my wish list to
introduce you to the process of making authentic Pekalongan Batik. Because, at my house, my parents really produce Batik from my area.
So, my daily activities are helping with job mobility in the range of Batik production and distribution, as well as bookkeeping.

Hello everyone, I'm Hong Nguyen, living and working in Can Tho city. The common name is Deo, this name comes from when I was young because I was slow-growing or in the countryside or called "de-pass", I was born in 1996, former Student at Can Tho University majoring in English.

People probably think that when they graduate, they will be a teacher or a professional related to English. In the past, I used to think so too because of the orientation from my family when I was young. But after graduating, I felt that it was not suitable, and it was a job to choose people, I was fortunate to pass an interview and work at a travel company from 2018 to now.

My full name is Tran Quoc Duong. I was born in 1998 and raised in the poor countryside in Tay Son District, Binh Dinh Province, which is known as the land of heroes. Since growing up in a poor family, I have been aware that I need to study and work hard to have a better life. I knew how to go to the market and cook for the whole family, in tandem with taking care of my sister when I was 9 years old because my parents worked far away from home at that time. At the end of 9th grade, I passed the entrance exam to a specialized school in the province, and from here I started to be independent without my family's protection. In 2016, I decided to head to Da Nang to major in mechanical engineering at the University of Science and Technology. During my university years, I had studied so hard and won many prizes.

I just wanted to put together a post to introduce myself to everyone far and wide. My name is Jamie and I was born and raised in Brisbane, Australia. I spent the first 18years of my life living my parents and two siblings. To put it mildly, a less then ideal environment for children to grow up in. I was very eager to move forward and out away from negativity and bad influences once I turned 18 and did so with my now ex wife. That experience amongst all the good and bad gave to me 3 beautiful children who I just can't imagine this world without them.

Like many others here in Peakd, i want to introduce myself in the best way possible! My name is Yuri, 34 years old, i was born Brazil, specifically in a city called "Belo Horizonte", it means Beautiful Horizon in Brazilian Portuguese.

My name is Dang Anh Hao you can call me Hao, I am 18 years old. I come from Da Nang city is known as the city of bridges, I feel very lucky to be born and raised on this land. The city I live in has a very beautiful and majestic scenery, with long white sands and clear blue water, mixed with fishing villages with honest and friendly fishermen and I have just passed a university exam, I am currently a student of FPT University majoring in software engineering.

Hi everyone, My name is Nu, and I'm 29 years old. I got married and had a happy family in Vietnam. This is the first time I've heard about “HIVE” through my friend @kimloan. She told me this is the place where I can connect with all the people in the world, and through that, I can share and learn a lot of things from everyone on Hive.

I was very excited when I was introduced to it, and I really want to discover the Hive community. That is why I'm here now.

Please take note that the stats do not reflect the current state of each onboarders as of this time because we are still catching up with this compilation post. The stats will be updated in each compilation post until it becomes up to date with the onboarding initiative.

OCD's onboarding program is conceptualized to be a powerful mechanism in attracting and retaining new content creators. Since incentives are given to active onboarders, it could be a nice income generation for those who wanted to focus more in inviting new users to Hive. If you want to be an onboarder, join us in OCD's Discord Server and write your application in #onboarder-application channel. Your application must contain the following:

Once you've applied, there will be a vetting process. We will check your on-chain activity to make sure that you can be trusted. Once you're in, you have the capacity to make an invite link using OCD's account creation token, invite anyone you think is a good addition to Hive with a quick and no SMS required account creation, nominate the posts of your invites through a special channel for curation, and get beneficiary rewards both from the users you've invited, posts like these and more benefits in the future!

Be warned that you are responsible for your invites. Meaning, their activity reflects on how you mentor them. Any suspicious activity of your invite can be a ground for your expulsion in the program. Make sure that before they start posting in Hive, you already oriented them on the activities to avoid such as plagiarism.
