Hello everyone!

This is a compilation post that will serve as a summary and status of the onboarding program. For those who are late to the party, OCD's onboarding program aims to bring more users to Hive and retain those users through the curation of posts submitted by the onboarders.

Anyone who's active in Hive is invited to apply as an OCD onboarder. Please see the details of the application process at the end of this post.

Hello Hive family. Let me start by introducing myself. I'm Godiya Bitrus Akyen, G B A for short.

Hello everyone, I am Merlyn Ornopia or just simply call me Pia for short. I’m sweet twenty-six-years-old and a loving mother of my two deceased child. I am the youngest among five siblings. I am Registered Criminologist. I finished college with the degree of Bachelor of Science in Criminology year 2019 at the University of Cebu Lapu-Lapu and Mandaue. I took my Licensure last December 2022 and passed the Criminologist Licensure Examination. I’m currently living in Alang-Alang Tabogon Cebu.

I have four siblings and I was the middle child and their unica iha (only daughter). Four of us already finished our degree through the help of our parents who worked so hard to put us where we are right now, and our younger brother is still a second year in college. My oldest brother finished Bachelor of Science in Criminology and passed the board exam and now currently working at the government under Philippine National Police, my second older brother finished Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering but sad to say he didn’t pass the board exam; hence he shifted to his passion and enter the field of army where blood and sweat mixed up just to achieve the dream he wants. And now, he is also serving the people under the Philippine Army as having the title of being a second lieutenant.

Hello everyone! Hello Hivers! Get to know me here in this introductory post of mine! My name is Dee, and I’m so happy to finally share a little part of my life here. I’m 26 years old and currently living in Lapu-Lapu City, Cebu. I graduated with a degree in Bachelor of Science in Accountancy back in 2019.

When I was eight years old I had a sibling, even though my father would prefer a baby girl, but we were still happy and bless of my Lil brother. Until my father got a job away from us in Tacloban City as a Security guard at Bombo Radyo, a well-known radio station here in the Phillipines, and I became my mother's assistant in caring for my brother. A kid who used to get his want became rare, but that's not a big deal to me. Really, they say pana-panahon lang yan hehe.

I learned about Hive thanks to @floreudys79, whom I appreciate very much; she is the mom of my best friend @santiago121. She has been on this blockchain for a long time and is very dedicated to the posts she makes. She spoke to me about this platform with great fascination.

Please take note that the stats do not reflect the current state of each onboarders as of this time because we are still catching up with this compilation post. The stats will be updated in each compilation post until it becomes up to date with the onboarding initiative.

OCD's onboarding program is conceptualized to be a powerful mechanism in attracting and retaining new content creators. Since incentives are given to active onboarders, it could be a nice income generation for those who wanted to focus more in inviting new users to Hive. If you want to be an onboarder, join us in OCD's Discord Server and write your application in #onboarder-application channel. Your application must contain the following:

Once you've applied, there will be a vetting process. We will check your on-chain activity to make sure that you can be trusted. Once you're in, you have the capacity to make an invite link using OCD's account creation token, invite anyone you think is a good addition to Hive with a quick and no SMS required account creation, nominate the posts of your invites through a special channel for curation, and get beneficiary rewards both from the users you've invited, posts like these and more benefits in the future!

Be warned that you are responsible for your invites. Meaning, their activity reflects on how you mentor them. Any suspicious activity of your invite can be a ground for your expulsion in the program. Make sure that before they start posting in Hive, you already oriented them on the activities to avoid such as plagiarism.
