Hello everyone!

This is a compilation post that will serve as a summary and status of the onboarding program. For those who are late to the party, OCD's onboarding program aims to bring more users to Hive and retain those users through the curation of posts submitted by the onboarders.

Anyone who's active in Hive is invited to apply as an OCD onboarder. Please see the details of the application process at the end of this post.

My father is a great farmer and married two wives, and have ten children. He loves his family especially my mother being the first wife. He loves helping people in the community who are in needs of his help. My Dad really loves dancing especially our local traditional dance. We are gbagyi by tribe, that lives in Wuse, FCT Abuja Nigeria.

Hello everyone! 🌼 I’m so happy to finally write my first introduction blog here on Hive. I’ve been excited and a little nervous, honestly lol about sharing my story with all of you, but at the same time, I know this is the perfect place to start opening up about my life, my family, and the things that bring me joy.

Whenever my sister Maribel and I can, we also join in on this family adventure, where every trip back and forth brings many stories to tell and laugh about. She is, without a doubt, an all-rounder. Every so often, my mom comes to Boca de Rio to stay for a while, where she loves to be, to watch her Korean K-drama marathons with her granddaughters. I currently live in Venezuela, on Margarita Island, which many know as the beautiful “Pearl of the Caribbean.” In a wonderful town called Boca de Rio, “Where the devil left the chola” is an expression used to describe how far away it is from the city.

I'm by name success Yakubu sabo moses but you can call me SUCCESS, I'm from Nigeria, nasarawa state, lafia city. Also a student of federal University of lafia, studying accounting from the faculty of management Science.

My name is David Abuga. I was born and brought up in the family of Mr. and Mrs. Lewis Abuga. I was given birth to in Ola Hospital akwanga, Nasarawa State. My dad is a Police officer serving our dear country Nigeria. I only see him once a year because he is posted very far from us so I grew up basically in the family house with my mother and brother where my uncle was the head of the family. We didn't get much support from him and since my mother doesn't do anything to earn a living at that time, it became more difficult.

My name is Nkom Alheri, a young lady with a great passion for music and a writer who always sends motivational words using her songs to strengthen the weaknesses of people who have lost hope in life due to challenges that may have weighed them down. I've been singing since childhood. Back then, I sang with my friends in our streets and school just for pleasure until at the age of 15, when I saw the need to work on it and improve my musical skills of music.

Let me tell you a little bit about myself. My story and who I am: I was born, raised, and educated in a town in the state of Táchira called San Juan de Colón, known as "the city of palm trees" due to the large number of palm trees that adorn its landscape. In addition to the palm trees, this town also features a hill with a very peculiar shape resembling a volcano called "Cerro El Morrachón".

My name is Enóla, and I hail from the sun-kissed province of Northern Cebu, where life is not always hard, nor always easy. I matured early to the light, to the reality that life is tough. I am an only child, and others would always think my world was paved with gold, shining with glitz and glamour—but the reality beneath the glitter was much different. However, I was nurtured in a love deep and unshakable, from my parents and grandparents—persistent gardeners cultivating the delicate blossom of my spirit.

Please take note that the stats do not reflect the current state of each onboarders as of this time because we are still catching up with this compilation post. The stats will be updated in each compilation post until it becomes up to date with the onboarding initiative.

OCD's onboarding program is conceptualized to be a powerful mechanism in attracting and retaining new content creators. Since incentives are given to active onboarders, it could be a nice income generation for those who wanted to focus more in inviting new users to Hive. If you want to be an onboarder, join us in OCD's Discord Server and write your application in #onboarder-application channel. Your application must contain the following:

Once you've applied, there will be a vetting process. We will check your on-chain activity to make sure that you can be trusted. Once you're in, you have the capacity to make an invite link using OCD's account creation token, invite anyone you think is a good addition to Hive with a quick and no SMS required account creation, nominate the posts of your invites through a special channel for curation, and get beneficiary rewards both from the users you've invited, posts like these and more benefits in the future!

Be warned that you are responsible for your invites. Meaning, their activity reflects on how you mentor them. Any suspicious activity of your invite can be a ground for your expulsion in the program. Make sure that before they start posting in Hive, you already oriented them on the activities to avoid such as plagiarism.
