Hello everyone!

This is a compilation post that will serve as a summary and status of the onboarding program. For those who are late to the party, OCD's onboarding program aims to bring more users to Hive and retain those users through the curation of posts submitted by the onboarders.

Anyone who's active in Hive is invited to apply as an OCD onboarder. Please see the details of the application process at the end of this post.

Greetings to this awesome Hive community. My name is Jaema Molina García aka Jaguart, I was born on December 14, 2000. Despite being born into a family of science, from a very young age I was always with the artistic and cultural part, my childhood was spent jumping week after week from the Museum of Fine Arts and the penetrables of Jesus Soto, to the exhibitions at the Museum of Contemporary Art, and the National Art Gallery, never missed an outing to the theater to listen to the Municipal Symphony Orchestra of Caracas or the programming of the Ballet Teresa Carreño.

Hi! Hive Community, my name is Miguel Angel Valdez Lopez, I was born on August 02, 2005 in Caracas, in the Maternity Hospital “Santa Ana” in the parish of San Bernandino. My parents are Miguel Valdez and Arcelia Lopez. I currently reside in San Bernandino, Caracas - Municipality Libertador. My primary school studies were in the “Experimental de Venezuela” and high school in “U.E.P." ‘Bolivar y Palacios’. I am characterized by being a friendly, creative and sociable person. I like computers, music, singing and studying but above all I love to draw since I was a child and create characters, comics and especially the Japanese Manga style.

In elementary school and until the end of high school I always drew a lot to pass the time, when I was bored or to have fun, I think it is a habit that I have tried to maintain over the years, although when I started studying finance I was forced to relegate drawing to just a hobby and focus on studying a career with a secure income that I had not chosen but an absurd system, It took me 5 semesters to understand something that I always knew, my soul seemed to be extinguished in those simple and boring classes, I felt like I was dying, while the situation of the country was getting worse. But still I decided to bet on myself, my future and my dreams.

Greetings to this great Hive community. My name is Leidy González and I arrived to this complex world on January 16th. Since I was a little girl I was attracted by colors, paints, crayons, plasticine and all artistic inclinations, which became my first love, just a pencil and paper was enough to travel through unimaginable worlds where I was the one who gave life to unique creatures and animals generally, always alive. Every time I grew up I was inspired by the environment around me, I drew silhouettes from the clouds, shapes of trees and stories through my experiences.

Growing up, I was not sociable; I learned to work on my own and enjoy life as it is, not unless a friend introduced this platform to me. I learned so many things that on this platform I can engage and make new friends all over the world, and at the same time I can express myself through blogs. Hi, I am Aliana Mae. I am 21 years of age, taking up Bachelor of Secondary Education, majoring in Social Studies. I am currently a fourth year and hopefully a grad-waiting student. I am currently residing to a place known to be as Gun City, Danao City Cebu. You may be wondering that in all things that a place is infamous for, why guns? Is it allowed? Permitted? Is the city safe to live for? Certainly yes! Before we get to dwell on this matter, which will be talked about in the next blog, allow me to present myself to all of you.

Hello everyone! I’m Shann Jevie Valdez, and this is my intrduction blog for the hive. I am a first year BS- Psychology student, an ESL Teacher, a vocalist of a band and also a mother of a beautiful daughter.In this blog, you will find a little bit of everything about myself, and what are my hobbies and what are my interests, you will also find some wonderful things about my interests like documenaries, music, movies, histories and other wonderful things that you might be curious about. I will share with you some of my likes and hobbies first, and hope you enjoy this one.

Introduction? Hmmm, how should I introduce myself? I'm not used to writing self-introduction blogs but one fun fact about me is I spend most of my free time writing in my journal about the boring things happening to me every day. Why do I write it down in my journal if it's just 'boring'? Well, no one listens to me as a kid so maybe that's why I tend to share everything on paper. It is ironic because I am not fond of people who keep asking questions of me now, yet I like to share everything in my journal. If someone asks me about my hobbies or any interesting things I do, I struggle to answer. I know how to play different sports like badminton, chess, and volleyball but I do not excel at these, I know how to play so I don't think there is something special about me. When I was in elementary I joined track and field, I did distance runs and sprints but my father beat me up for joining haha.

Please take note that the stats do not reflect the current state of each onboarders as of this time because we are still catching up with this compilation post. The stats will be updated in each compilation post until it becomes up to date with the onboarding initiative.

OCD's onboarding program is conceptualized to be a powerful mechanism in attracting and retaining new content creators. Since incentives are given to active onboarders, it could be a nice income generation for those who wanted to focus more in inviting new users to Hive. If you want to be an onboarder, join us in OCD's Discord Server and write your application in #onboarder-application channel. Your application must contain the following:

Once you've applied, there will be a vetting process. We will check your on-chain activity to make sure that you can be trusted. Once you're in, you have the capacity to make an invite link using OCD's account creation token, invite anyone you think is a good addition to Hive with a quick and no SMS required account creation, nominate the posts of your invites through a special channel for curation, and get beneficiary rewards both from the users you've invited, posts like these and more benefits in the future!

Be warned that you are responsible for your invites. Meaning, their activity reflects on how you mentor them. Any suspicious activity of your invite can be a ground for your expulsion in the program. Make sure that before they start posting in Hive, you already oriented them on the activities to avoid such as plagiarism.
