Hello everyone!

This is a compilation post that will serve as a summary and status of the onboarding program. For those who are late to the party, OCD's onboarding program aims to bring more users to Hive and retain those users through the curation of posts submitted by the onboarders.

Anyone who's active in Hive is invited to apply as an OCD onboarder. Please see the details of the application process at the end of this post.

What's up, Hive? It's @trigonometrayz_, and I go by the nickname "Tri," which is read the same way as the word "try." I am the eldest of three girls and an incoming grade 11 STEM student. Below is a glimpse of my life as a person, student, and a daughter.

Hi Hive! Its me Chanalyn,28 years old, a teacher by profession, a first time and hands-on mom to my daughter .I am 30% introvert and 70% extrovert. Why? Let me explain this, growing up in the province wherein my circle is composed only of closest families ,my grandmothers and grandfathers, my parents, siblings, aunties, uncle, titas, titos, cousins from first degree down to 5th I guess .I live in a village or a compound perhaps where my neighborhood are really my families and relatives. When I was young my mother is over-protective of me .I now understand my mother since I am a mother, mysef.

I belong to a family of four members, and I am the eldest daughter. I have a younger sister who's two years younger than me, but she is also taller than me. Yup, my younger sister is tall while I'm just stuck being a 5-footer at the age of 21. You're right, I am that small. But despite my small physique, I can say that I am a strong woman. As the eldest daughter in my family, I've grown familiar with making sacrifices and carrying big duties. My younger sister has been assigned lighter and easier responsibilities, during the time I have been assigned hefty and difficult ones.

Ayane-chan a fellow schoolmate who has been creating content on this platform since 2022 recently messaged me asking if I have interest in writing a blog post for this platform. At first, I was skeptical about trying this because I don't understand what cryptocurrency and all that stuff is, all I knew was that when someone approached you there's a high percentage that person has ulterior motives underlying that. So I started searching, watching through websites on what "Hive" is, and "Is Hive a safe place to use". After thoroughly researching that night, I found from trusted sources that this "Hive" thing is a great thing to have and that it is safe to use because "Hive" is a decentralized community. So I say to myself "Let's give it a shot". I do have experience writing an anime/manga review on my Facebook account but it is mostly for pure personal interest. So in the near future, if I post something similar to that I hope that some people on this platform will find that interesting and amusing to read. I also might try to post a normal blog to this account so look forward to that.

Hello Hive, my name is Cliff. I am a public-school teacher. I am married to a beautiful woman, who is also a public-school teacher. Beyond my professional life, I am an avid basketball player, an anime lover, traveler and a keen photographer who loves capturing the serene beauty of nature. My journey as an educator and my hobbies have shaped who I am today, and I am excited to share my story and journey throughout this blog.

My background relies on human resources functions and public service, where I contribute to the operations of a local government unit. Call me Ting Jepe. This is the pseudonym I will be using in this platform. I’m a teacher for almost eleven years now, a father and a husband. I’m 33 years and counting living on this planet. I live in Queen City of the South specifically San Jose, Borbon, Cebu. I would say it’s been a while since I created a piece outside of my work area. I think it’s now the absolute time to explore the other verse of me. First let me share some pieces of me.

First of all, I would like to thank you for reading my blog, as if I had written up a plethora of words, and I appreciate you allowing me to introduce myself. Honestly, I was over the moon while writing this introductory piece. Even though the words are still countable, I realized I am very fortunate by chance. But yes, no more dilly-dallying; let's get cracking. So, here we go.

Please take note that the stats do not reflect the current state of each onboarders as of this time because we are still catching up with this compilation post. The stats will be updated in each compilation post until it becomes up to date with the onboarding initiative.

OCD's onboarding program is conceptualized to be a powerful mechanism in attracting and retaining new content creators. Since incentives are given to active onboarders, it could be a nice income generation for those who wanted to focus more in inviting new users to Hive. If you want to be an onboarder, join us in OCD's Discord Server and write your application in #onboarder-application channel. Your application must contain the following:

Once you've applied, there will be a vetting process. We will check your on-chain activity to make sure that you can be trusted. Once you're in, you have the capacity to make an invite link using OCD's account creation token, invite anyone you think is a good addition to Hive with a quick and no SMS required account creation, nominate the posts of your invites through a special channel for curation, and get beneficiary rewards both from the users you've invited, posts like these and more benefits in the future!

Be warned that you are responsible for your invites. Meaning, their activity reflects on how you mentor them. Any suspicious activity of your invite can be a ground for your expulsion in the program. Make sure that before they start posting in Hive, you already oriented them on the activities to avoid such as plagiarism.
