Hello everyone!

This is a compilation post that will serve as a summary and status of the onboarding program. For those who are late to the party, OCD's onboarding program aims to bring more users to Hive and retain those users through the curation of posts submitted by the onboarders.

Anyone who's active in Hive is invited to apply as an OCD onboarder. Please see the details of the application process at the end of this post.

I'm Juraly D. Rondina, a 30 years old wife, mother of two and a grade 11 high school student taking a Humanities and Social Sciences strand at Ilihan Integrated School. I wasn't an introvert before but my past decisions and life twists and turns shaped me to be one. I hail from Obong , Dalaguete, Cebu, raised by a loving parents and even though we are poor we are living a happy life. In my early years I attended Obong Elementary School. But fate took an unexpected turn during my sixth-grade year. The Sisters Of Mary School Girls town arrive at our school, seeking scholars. Out of many hopefuls who took the exam, I emerged as the sole successful candidate. With excitement I embarked on a new chapter at their esteemed institution.

I am from the town of Borbon where you can taste the famous and savory "tuba" ice cream (coconut wine ice cream), somewhere in the Northern part of Cebu, Philippines. I grow up where the clouds meet the mountains.

I always dreamed of being an archaeologist but due to financial problems, I chose to be a teacher, which fits within our budget. I’m an independent and humble person. I am the type of person who does not always rely on others and who does not like being the center of attention; I always keep my status low. I am also a patient person; I don’t get easily mad or irritated by just small things even when I’m under pressure from extracurricular activities. I don’t participate much in school competitions because I want to focus only on my academics. But I once joined a badminton competition due to a lack of players and fortunately, I got 3rd place. I’m also the type of person who cannot stand being around a lot of people; I interact or communicate less with my classmates; I’m an introvert.

Hello, I'm Ismeris. It is a great joy and delight to be in this great beehive. I was born in Caracas, Venezuela, and I live in Valencia, Carabobo State.

Greetings, I am Jhonny Lezama, born in Venezuela in a tourist city, cheerful and fun as Puerto la Cruz, is a very attractive city for us and everyone who visits us, this city is part of eastern Venezuela, located in the northern axis of Anzoátegui state, I love being born Puerto la Cruz, when talking about the east, is talking about the sea, the beaches, those exquisite and exotic dishes of sea food like fried fish, seafood Zarzuela, very rich, it is a charming place. I want to tell you about the place where I took the selfie, in a place well known by the easterners, Cerro el Morro in the city of Lecherías, which borders with Puerto la Cruz and Barcelona (capital of the state of Anzoátegui), is a very visited tourist site and the photographs in that place abound for its beauty and great view of the Caribbean Sea.

“Counting in this with the influence of a friend and colleague who was mainly who insisted me on the subject, so much so that I was part of a group of enthusiasts who were all over the country bringing the good news of blockchain technology. I am a defender and protector of animals. Which I worked on my own in my hometown, rescuing mostly street dogs and cats, which filled my soul with happiness to be able to give them a home and help them recover from injuries and abuse. I love video games, I have practiced battleroyal type games I am currently a Cod (call of duty) player in which I compete and upload content on my social networks, fragments of plays and funny moments, art lover. Painting pictures with different materials, whether in crayons or acrylics, and yes. I was the one who scratched my classmates' notebooks at high school hahaha

I live in Venezuela, in the state of Yaracuy, specifically in a small town called Chivacoa, which some of you may know for its famous mountain called Sorte, a natural monument declared a Cultural Heritage, which is shrouded in endless mysteries with many myths and legends surrounding it.

On the other hand, speaking a bit more about myself, I am an introverted, simple, and calm woman, extremely home-loving; that is, I enjoy being at home almost permanently. I am a homemaker by choice and the mother of an 8-year-old boy who is the light of my existence, a very intelligent child from whom I learn every day the meaning of innocence and true, pure, and unconditional love. If only we were more like children, we would learn that happiness lies in the simplest gestures of everyday life.

Please take note that the stats do not reflect the current state of each onboarders as of this time because we are still catching up with this compilation post. The stats will be updated in each compilation post until it becomes up to date with the onboarding initiative.

OCD's onboarding program is conceptualized to be a powerful mechanism in attracting and retaining new content creators. Since incentives are given to active onboarders, it could be a nice income generation for those who wanted to focus more in inviting new users to Hive. Once you've applied, there will be a vetting process. We will check your on-chain activity to make sure that you can be trusted. Once you're in, you have the capacity to make an invite link using OCD's account creation token, invite anyone you think is a good addition to Hive with a quick and no SMS required account creation, nominate the posts of your invites through a special channel for curation, and get beneficiary rewards both from the users you've invited, posts like these and more benefits in the future!

Be warned that you are responsible for your invites. Meaning, their activity reflects on how you mentor them. Any suspicious activity of your invite can be a ground for your expulsion in the program. Make sure that before they start posting in Hive, you already oriented them on the activities to avoid such as plagiarism.
