Hello everyone!

This is a compilation post that will serve as a summary and status of the onboarding program. For those who are late to the party, OCD's onboarding program aims to bring more users to Hive and retain those users through the curation of posts submitted by the onboarders.

Anyone who's active in Hive is invited to apply as an OCD onboarder. Please see the details of the application process at the end of this post.

I am Je-ann Fuentes, single, 21 years old, and a Filipino full-time student at one of the prestigious state universities in Cebu City, Philippines. I'm in my 4th year, taking up a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with a Major in Marketing Management. I'm the youngest of four siblings and the only one to attend college. Having that provided is the reason why I have strived so hard ever since I was in primary school up until the present.

I want life to surprise me, was a go-to response for me if somebody asked how I saw myself in 10 years. I am Gwyn, a 23-year-old BSED-Science graduate, from the northern part of Cebu, Philippines. I've never been the planner type of person; yes, I have ambitions and goals in life, but they've never been tied to a specific timeline as to when they're supposed to happen. As newly graduated from college, I am aware that I am about to face challenging situations in which I will question my self-worth, talents, capacity, and strength in dealing with the demands of adulthood.

My name is Zyanya, a 24-year-old girl from Valencia, Venezuela. I have one of those names whose possible nicknames are difficult to find. Most people just call me Zyanya, and when it seems complicated: Bella, my middle name. When my mom was 17, she read a novel called 'Azteca' by Gary Jennings and saw her future daughter name in it, which means "always." Very romantic.

One journey has ended but it shouldn't stop you from finding and following a new path. Hello everyone! I am Christian Dhean, 22 years old.

I am a student of Bacolod City College and am taking a Bachelor of Science in Information Systems course who also wants to earn some income in order for me to help sustain my studies and for the bills, needs, and allowances for my family. I came from a separated parent 13 years from now but I believe that it should not be a burden for me to stop reaching my goals and dreams. With determination and willingness in the heart, I declared myself ready for any consequences and conclusions it might take me.

Hi! My name is Giz, 20 years old, born on the 9th of October 2002, I'm from Murcia, Negros Occidental Philippines, I am currently studying at Bacolod City College taking up a degree in Bachelor of Information Systems. We are seven siblings and I'm the youngest among us. My other five siblings have their own families and I have six nephews and one niece.

I’m Chime but you can call me wind.chiimee. I’m 28, residing here in the Philippines and also a proud Cebuano. Chime means a sound of bells & you need wind to make it sound. I’m glad I got this name that suits to my personality. I love people but I also love being alone. I love listening music. I enjoyed listening OPM bands like December Avenue, I Belong to the Zoo, Silent Sanctuary, Up Dharma Down, SUD etc. and solo artist like Ace Banzuelo, TJ Monterde, Yeng Constantino, Alisson Shore and other solo artist from different countries.

Hello there, fellow crypto enthusiasts and creative pips! My name is Jeremy, but you may also know me as jvcr8tives. I'm a 32-year-old residing in the beautiful Marikina City, known not only for its cleanliness but also as the Philippines' shoe capital.

Please take note that the stats do not reflect the current state of each onboarders as of this time because we are still catching up with this compilation post. The stats will be updated in each compilation post until it becomes up to date with the onboarding initiative.

OCD's onboarding program is conceptualized to be a powerful mechanism in attracting and retaining new content creators. Since incentives are given to active onboarders, it could be a nice income generation for those who wanted to focus more in inviting new users to Hive. If you want to be an onboarder, join us in OCD's Discord Server and write your application in #onboarder-application channel. Your application must contain the following:

Once you've applied, there will be a vetting process. We will check your on-chain activity to make sure that you can be trusted. Once you're in, you have the capacity to make an invite link using OCD's account creation token, invite anyone you think is a good addition to Hive with a quick and no SMS required account creation, nominate the posts of your invites through a special channel for curation, and get beneficiary rewards both from the users you've invited, posts like these and more benefits in the future!

Be warned that you are responsible for your invites. Meaning, their activity reflects on how you mentor them. Any suspicious activity of your invite can be a ground for your expulsion in the program. Make sure that before they start posting in Hive, you already oriented them on the activities to avoid such as plagiarism.
