It's not about the number, more about general activity and how well we think you know hive to guide newcomers similarly into the journey. It also helps if you've been around enough to "have something to lose" in terms of if you purposely attempt to do some shady things. Basically it's more about experience and general activity, you can always apply and we'll take all applicants under consideration and if we don't respond then just try again at a later date.
Oh okay thanks for the information, i think i am not well grounded in Hive yet to be an onboarder
