End of year and end of some relationships.

|As we approach the end of the year, it's a time to reflect on the relationships we have and the ones that have come to an end. This can be a difficult time of year for many of us, especially if we're struggling with the end of a relationship.
Whether it's a romantic partnership, a close friendship, or a professional relationship, the loss of something we've cared about can be difficult to bear.

this year especially for me was a year in which I lost a lot of people.
LOSS
you know there are 2 kind of loses .
1) Some one that is taken away from you and you know that you can never ever see them again.
2) And some one that you lose without losing them, you see them everyday but act as complete strangers.
|Well, ive faced both these loses this year but ive learned one thing that end of a relationship can leave us feeling uncertain, frustrated, and even hurt. But we can also use this time to reflect on our experiences and find closure. It's important to remember that the end of a relationship doesn't mean the end of our worth or our ability to love. We can use this time to learn from our experiences and make changes to ensure we don't repeat the same mistakes in the future.

|We can also use this time to think about how to best move forward. Maybe we need to take some time for self-care or take part in activities that bring us joy. Maybe we need to reach out for help from friends or family. No matter what, it's important to remember that we aren't alone in this experience and that life can still be beautiful even after the end of a relationship.
