I couldn't stand ordinary social media anymore because of the low-quality posts.
while I felt here in this community there are only the elites of the town.
as for me, My name is Yasser Alaa, from Iraq, I'm 27 years old, and I'm a forex and cryptocurrency expert, I've spent the last 6 years in this space, so I've developed a nice resume in this, I also have a small office in Baghdad for financial consultancy.
I provide investments opportunities in the trading and real estate ( inside and outside Iraq ) sectors.
I'm also an author, I've published a novel and have got the second one underway.

Life in Iraq

I was born in 1994, I don't pretend to know what happened in Iraq before this year, But I know exactly what happened after that, From my early awareness days to 2003, I remember how I envied my neighbor friend, the Son of the comrade, Back then, The social structure was only two layers, the layers of the members of al-Ba'ath party, And those guys were rich and wealthy, They get the high paid positions in the privet and public sector, And the second layer were the people who have not joined the party, you can guess the rest, low salary jobs waiting for them, If you even find one, My father worked as a taxi driver as a part-time job, with the full-time job in a privet libratory, he almost managed to fulfill the monthly needs of our family.
And then after the 2003 war, the chaos started, I want to tell you a secret about the period from 2003 to late 2008 in Iraq, We never felt boredom, there were actions 24\7, A nice small war in the street just outside the house when you wish both sides lose the battle, defending alongside other neighbors your neighbor house who is under attack by a terrorist organization just because he is working with the police or army, Moving a fallen wounded from the street to the hospital meanwhile you are looking behind your shoulders scanning the area for the assassins to check if he comes back to finish his assignment and take your life in the process, This is what I and all Iraqis lived in Baghdad have witnessed in the period between 2003 and 2008.
We caught our breath between 2008 and 2013, I can't say we were settled because we weren't, but I remember at that period I was fully convinced that I will play for the Iraqi soccer team, and I was working on that.
Then late 2013, things began to escalate and ISIS things started to happen, then 2014 the situation exploded, and the war to defend the remaining cities against ISIS started, After about six months of defense, we finally Shifted to offense.
the thing about the war is it must be a priority or else we lose it, And certainly, the war needs to be financed, meanwhile at that time the oil prices have dropped, As you know Iraqi economy totally depends on oil, so there were neither public nor privet jobs until further notice.
I and my generations fellas had to find a way to make some money without a job because there aren't any, almost every one of them has chosen his path, I chose Forex and trading and finance.
Now 4 years after the declaration of the victory and we still hoping for a better future in Iraq.
