This was discussed in the recent SONA, among the top priorities of this administration are the use of renewable energy, natural disaster resiliency, disaster-proofing of communities in anticipation of rising sea levels, and there was a mandate for corporations to follow the law.

But I think money has more teeth than our law enforcers :(
