What’s up! It’s been a long time since I’ve made a blog post here. I think it’s time to start writing here again. I’ve been busy with so many things trying to find the next big NFT opportunity but nothing good comes my way because of the current market situation. I’ve been feeling stressed and unable to sleep because of the fear of losing everything going on in my mind.
WHAT’S GOING WITH MY LIFE
My life has gotten kind of boring since the big dip in the cryptocurrency markets. The value of my NFT and the stakes have dropped in value that I can’t make a full-time income out of it. Plus, some bad choices of reinvesting them in other NFT games and coins.
I haven’t been going out to eat or go shopping because I’ve been on a budget. Possibly in the next few months, I’ll be all out of cash. All I do everyday is grind on NFT games, study 3D Art and Video Game Development online through Youtube tutorials as learning everything is free on Youtube nowadays. I only go out of the house to buy snacks from neighboring stores, eat from nearby fast food, and withdraw cash from the ATMs.
AXIE INFINITY : ORIGIN SEASON 1 LEADERBOARDS
I’ve been giving Axie Infinity Origin a chance since the whole player rewards system changed and it drastically dropped the entire player base to 20k players daily from 700k from its peak (stats based on dappradar). My old collection is no longer meta in this game so I had to buy new ones. My total cost now is $250 and I’m not putting anymore for this season. All I’ll do is grind Moon Shards and Smooth Love Potions to craft Runes and Charms. I think that’s the reason why my current rank is Dragon 4. My Axies just needs much better equipment. I’m in position 10,000 and the AXS rewards are only 2 AXS…that’s roughly $20. I’m at a loss overall and that’s disheartening. After the end of Season 1, I’ll be making a review blog post about what I feel about the current Axie Infinity economy and how this game would be beneficial for players.
GETTING A FULL-TIME JOB
I already have a back-up in mind which is getting a full-time job. I know there is no chance of getting to the top on playing competitive Axie Infinity : Origin Season 1 Leaderboard and working a full-time job is way more profitable than competing. I’ve been trying to improve my craft in 3D Art and Game Development by learning through Youtube videos. The progress of my art that I’ve uploaded in my socials have been rough work and kind of unpolished but the most important thing is I’m learning along the way. I started off with Blender 3D then in the future more contents about Unreal Engine 5.
It could either be back to the office or go for remote work. Remote work would be preferable so I won’t have to deal with traffic and shitty people all day long. Probably would look into part-time jobs if getting a 9-5 is not the optimal solution.
DEVELOPING MY OWN VIDEO GAME
There’s also times that I have an urge to create my own video game but I know it takes too long to make one. Plus, I don’t know how much it would cost to run a server for players to play an online game. I don’t have a high-end PC to make a AAA graphics game so there is an option for me and that option would be creating NFT Games. Another major problem is, I don’t know how to make one. Things I need to learn: 1) How to create a token. 2) How to make it into a game. 3) How to code that NFT game. Having a really simple game would be feasible made by just 1 person.
CONTENT CREATOR AS A HOBBY
I’ve been creating content for so long but nothing seems to be working. I’ve been sharing my art online, posting updates about myself, and tried livestreaming on Twitch and other platforms but it seems to not work and viewership just dies. I do believe there should be content I can make to make my viewership grow as long as I’m able to execute it. Also noticed that social media now is hyper-sexualized. Content creators now sell sex through Onlyfans and other platforms to make big bank.
Maybe I should just be making sexual content to get viral and make big bank for myself. I mean, if it’s an opportunity then why not just man-up and take it. It would be beneficial for me, as long as I keep growing as a content creator and for the community that supports me.
FOR THE MEANTIME…
I’ll do my best to survive in the blockchain. Still working hard to find the next best opportunity for play-to-earn gamers out there and share it here since other platforms don’t seem to care about my blockchain related content. While doing that, get that job to continue my passion in crypto. That’ll be all for now and I’ll be back for sure this time.
