A lot of people run from hard work and view hard work in an ugly light. They see it as something strenuous, just like sitting over a work desk for hours and hours. Or working on a particular thing for many years to achieve a certain goal.

On the whole, hard work doesn’t have the best reputation, but there is a reason that some of the most successful people in the world have the HARD WORK mentality.

So, what is Hard work?
Hard work can be defined as putting in intense and strenuous hours to doing a certain task or duty .

The definition already sounds difficult but we should know that in most scenarios there are no short cuts to achieving your goals, so working hard is a very good ethic.

Hard work has its advantages like,

Smart work refers to finding effective and efficient most times quicker ways to complete one or multiple tasks and at the same time managing time and Quality. This method of work can also be strategic and gets things done in time.

One main difference between hard work and smart work is knowledge. For you to work faster or smarter you have to have prior knowledge in that particular field.

Working smarter is generally more encouraged because it saves time, and it brings out new and well calculated ways of thinking or a new form of technology to make work faster.
