Hey everyone!
One week ago I made a post looking for curators in the languages: French, Italian and Polish for our @ocd curation project. This decision wasn´t easy because there were many great applications from Steemians that are very committed with the platform, after careful consideration consideration by the language curators and me, we decided on these curators:
For French: @kaliangel
For Italian: @paolobeneforti
For Polish: @santarius
It was very hard due to the number of Steemians applying, we had some opinions from people from each community and we decided to try and spread the curation duties to try and reach the more diverse posts we can. It was very refresshing especially in French and Polish communities to see all the support the people applying got. We took into consideration the level of native language and the level of english language apart from the activeness in their own communities and post frequency. We also took into consideration their voting behaviouras per steemreports.com.

I will let you know more about the details and rules regarding the curation process in the discord channel.
There were a lot of other users applying for more languages and I hope that in a short time we will be able to grow even more and include those as well. Like I said in the last post these languages were chosen due to a big userbase and no active big curation projects supporting them on a daily basis. That's why @ocd wanted to change that!
Very soon there will be OCD curator aplications for english so stay tuned. For now most of these daily nominations + resteems take a majority of @acidyo´s and my voting power but I am sure that over time and with a price increase we will soon have more room to include more nominations and guarantee that both the curators and authors get the support they deserve!
I also needed people who will curate to me because of my fund raising efforts for my surgeries.
@santarius will be a great #polish curator. He is very openminded and puts a lot of time and energy into community development.
Is Indonesia not included?
Yes, @macchiata and @mariska.lubis curate for Indonesian language.
Are @mariska.lubis not moderator ?

I still support @mariska.lubis as a curator because he is a great writer and also good at assessing quality posts.

Congratulations to all those selected. I hope they are able to bring access to the wider steemit platform for their individual language communities. There is so much unique content out there waiting to be recognized.
As some one who has been curated by OCD before, I know the value of curation to a minnow. It is not just about the upvote, which is lovely I must say, but about validation. There's nothing more beautiful than being recognized by your peers for your skill. It is satisfying.

I have been aiming to become a curtaor either for curie or ocd. But I don't know what to do. Hopefully, there would be curators for Filipino as well. But I can curate posts either English or Filipino.
