Hard labour, screaming rock music on the streets, extrenuous lifestyle habits and choices - they are all energised meditations that clear the mind from judgement. Sweating in a sauna is another option, as is a cold showers or a winter beach swim!
Anything that is different from your conditioning is an energised meditation. It causes an internal conflict but there is no danger present. For example, sitting down and patiently knitting a jumper or learning a complicated song from scratch just by listening or deliberately practicing being normal. lol. The list is endless.
Deviant behaviours like murder and animal torture may have manifest due to the inability for individuals with high energy requirements in their field with their paired entity to take responsibility of their own energy needs. Animal sacrifice releases a lot of energy very quickly, thus why it is used in ritual magick or some traditional religions (spot the difference). These arcane and macabre energy releasing activities have in the past become normal. People have dragged these behaviours and habits from the dark ages with modern religion.
Some in the 'free thinking culture' of today are aware that "meditation" is a word that encourages people to nod along in agreement without considering the actual healthiness of the actions. Like any word it has many meanings. I like to use it in a results based sense. For myself, repetition is a definition of meditation. Any repetition in life creates a pathway in the brain that over time becomes a habitual tendency that then needs to be repeated simply because it is familiar.
Love is another word that has become like a useless dildo with no function. It doesn't mean we stop using it.
Energy from the internal conflict of deliberately doing something different to your conditioning can be focused and used in the action you have set yourself to accomplish. Breathing and focusing on the breath allows a rewiring of these pathways so you can harness these energies.
How rebellious we think we all are by being different or 'individuals' in society. We've just traded one set of rules with another. Only God be our judge.
You'd hope that in the experimental process of harnessing these energies within the lab of the mind, we'd eventually settle on a set of rational habits and a rational lifestyle that suits our current temporary social climate well. Maybe the ability to change and adapt these habits and modify our conditioning is the pinnacle of what it means to drive a human physical vessel.
For myself specifically, living as a nomad for so long, staying in one location for a long period of time has now become a difficult change in conditioning. It is now beneficial to change, the energy stored in the change must be focused and harnessed.
