Loquat fruit:

Loquat is very delicious and sweat taste fruit. A loquat is a tropical fruit that grows on a tree. It will only grow in a warm, wet climate. Loquats are yellow or orange and contain large brown seeds. People eat the skin or peel the fruit.  Loquat, also called as Chinese Plum.

Loquat contain a very big tree. Loquats are unusual among fruit trees in that the flower appear in the autumn or early winter, and the fruits are ripe at any time from early spring to early summer.It is also quite common in Japan, Korea, India, Pakistan, Philippines and hill country in Sri Lanka.

3) It also control the blood cholesterol level and minerals in the body.

4) Loquats are rich in fiber and are a healthy option for those who want to lose weight.

6) If you drink the juice of loquat you getting slim and fit.

7) Loquat Juice also prevent bone density loss in almost all parts of the body. 

8) Loquat Juice contains vitamin A, which increases moisture and it is also contains a good amount of antioxidants that protect early ageing. 

9) Loquat is also good for hair.

10) It prevents the progression of liver disease and also supports liver function.
