Ok, i drink 1 L of Mango-Banana-Papaya Frozen Smoothie with Sugar and oats EVERY morning Jajajaja Oops. I suppose that i have been doing it the wrong way all this time. At least i'm still in the point.

OMMMMMMMMMGGGGG. Sugar BOMB!!! LOL. Yeah, that's so much sugar. If I were you I would get some greens in there and just one fruit! Game changer :)
