Good point. Chewing your food is a natural way of activating the salivary enzymes that helps digesting the food. So besides juice, food you can chew is essential.
I make juice every now and then. I don't have a plan or a goal. I just know it is healthy to drink green leaf juice. I would like to know more about this. Thanks.
I think it's always best to EAT FOOD. But there are times when my body is craving nutrients and I can get them in quickly this way. I also like it for post-workout recovery fuel. Welcome!
