If the world is talking about Sustainable Development Goals, where are NURSES?
TRANSFORMATIONAL LEADERSHIP in nursing profession is the key. If we keep doing things thesame way from time memorial, we will not get a different result.
We need TRANSFORMATIONAL LEADERS who are not just after having followers but ready to develop other leaders in their followers by inspiring and motivating them...
We should ACT more and COMPLAIN less to move nursing profession forward...
