Another Lady is ready! This one is the Malva Lady of the series of Oracle Cards I'm working on in collaboration with my friend Cecilia! It's a project about 42 different cards for 42 different wilde plants we can find in our area (in the middle of Italy) and I'm using my Ladies to illustrate the Queens of the deck. For the other kind of cards I'll use some animals like fishes, birds and others.
The leaves of the Malva (also known as Common Mallow) can be used in salad and the Malva tea is a good emollient (I use to drink an hot malva tea sometimes and it's good ^_^).
Thi artwork is an oil painting on 200 gsm paper (A4 size) and now it's drying. The next week I'll meet Cecilia to talk about this project and to start to share it on the social media, so stay tuned!
