A catfish with mustache, and its mouth open caught my attention when I saw it at the fish market, they are great for preparing good soups and peas. When living near the Caribbean Sea, I have the privilege of visiting several fish sales to choose between the diversity and according to the season of the year, the price and the quality.

Un bagre con bigote y la boca abierta me llamó la atención cuando lo vi en el mercado de pescado, son excelentes para preparar buenas sopas y guisos. Al vivir cerca del Mar Caribe, tengo el privilegio de visitar varias ventas de pescado para elegir entre la diversidad y según la temporada del año, el precio y la calidad.
